This policy explains when you can cancel your subscription, when you can obtain a refund, and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What “return” means for a digital service
The Complete SEO Audit Plan is a digital service. There is no physical product to send back, so a “return” in our context means one of two things: cancelling your subscription so you are not charged again, or requesting a refund of a payment already taken. Both are covered below.
2. The 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment being taken. If your first Report has not yet been delivered, the refund is issued without question. If it has been delivered, tell us in the form below what fell short and we will review the request on its merits — in practice we approve the large majority.
3. Refunds after the first month
Beyond the first billing period, payments are generally non-refundable, because each payment covers a Report we have already researched and produced. We will still refund a payment in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full, always.
- Charged after you cancelled — refunded in full, always.
- We failed to deliver — if we did not deliver your Report for a period you paid for, and the delay was not caused by missing access from your side, that period is refunded in full.
- Materially deficient work — if a Report falls materially short of what this website describes, we will first offer to correct it. If we cannot, we refund that period.
- Unauthorised transaction — refunded in full once verified.
4. What is not refundable
- Periods in which a Report was delivered and you simply chose not to act on it.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on search rankings not improving. As set out in our Terms, no agency can guarantee ranking outcomes.
- Delays caused by access we requested and did not receive from you.
- Requests made more than 60 days after the payment in question.
- Partial or unused portions of a billing period following a mid-period cancellation.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel at any time, and no explanation is required. There are three ways to do it:
- Submit the form on this page and select “Cancelling the monthly plan” as your reason.
- Email support@seoauditnow.com from the address on your account.
- Reply to any report or billing email you have received from us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep every Report delivered up to that point, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial months.
6. How to request a refund
Complete the form below. We acknowledge every request within two business days and reach a decision within five business days. If we need more information we will email you before deciding.
7. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Once processed, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency. We are not responsible for exchange rate movements or fees charged by your bank.
- You will receive email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are slow, costly to both sides, and we can almost always resolve the matter faster directly. Where a chargeback is raised without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend the account while the dispute is investigated and to submit our delivery records to the card issuer.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date the payment was taken.
